Ordered: 9/29/15 12:45 PM CST
Pending: 10/19/15 1:50 PM CST, verified with Google Store Chat Support that expected ship date is 11/2/15
Card Charged: 10/30/15 10:00 AM CST (full amount + Nexus Protect )

STATUS: Pending Processing at 10:30 AM CST on 10/30/15.
Delivery will be Austin, TX when it goes to "Shipping"...

I called google today, and they told me my phone will be shipped tomorrow, and received in 3 to 5 business days.
Order still on pending; and still showing 'reservation' on google Play purchase history.

Lets see if next week all 128gb start shipping next week :)
 
First time poster. I have been stalking these boards for a long time. Ordered Frost 128gb on 10/1 and they just did the final charge on my card today. So looks like it is moving forward. Yea!
 
Has anyone had their card charged for the full amount when their order moved to processing and then charged for the full amount again when it shipped??

Huawei does not seem to care about customers or at any rate communicating with said customers. IMHO bad news is better than no news. Nothing, even the forums on their site are rift with upset people not getting any type of feedback good or bad and try to contact Huawei it is hit or miss and 90% of the time your talking to Brian, who does not seem to know his *** from his elbow. lol. A majority of the people whom ordered thru Huawei are still in a processing status and have been for a long time, with no response.
Come on Huawei this is not the way to go about this, own up to your **** up and we as paying consumers will be more understanding. We may not like it, but at least we wont be hitting (F5) all the time wondering WTF is going on.

This is crazy. My original order from 10/4 has just went to processing. 128Gb frost!!
I got impatient and ordered the 32gb this morning and it's processing also Lol! It looks like the 32gb will be going back.
 
It's funny with them they don't know the tracking information.... How is that even possible they sent it via UPS but there isn't any tracking information for my package or others yet, this is sad.

I agree, I feel like pre-ordering and going through Huawei were not the correct ways to go about getting one.

That is becoming my thoughts as well, amazed at this in this day and age. Again own up if nothing else. Google at least is communicating with people and owning up to their issues.
 
Can't believe it. I got shipped email from google if on oct 28 morning with fedex ground shipping tracking number. Nexus 6P 32GB Aluminium. Signed up an received fedex status messages. An hr got an email from Fedex saying shipment being returned by shippers request.
 
I ordered 10/1 from Huawei, 32GB Graphite. At the time of order it said shipping would be end of October. Feel like we'll be lucky to even get it mid November.

ROTFLMAO - Finally got into their live chat with....yup you guessed it BRIAN was the rep. go figure. - Anywho, they beat around the bush and wanted to get all technical with the web site wording in that processing means anything from we have received the order to, the order is being processed, and that all the orders before OCT/21st where originally set for a ship date of early Nov. but the site did not specify that mine has said from day one - Processing 5-7 business days. Anywho I did not get any further than any one else it seems. By now Brian must have a template for this response. lol

yea, brian is pretty full of crap. so far the closest i've seen to a date is 11/2 that someone got out of a phone call to them today.

i talked with "brian" today on chat and the best i could get was my 9/30 64gb graphite order would be shipped next week for sure. i told him if they realistically can't ship it next week tell me now, so i can cancel, because if it doesn't ship next week (really by wed) i'm cancelling anyways.

i don't mind waiting, but i don't like vague answers when i've already given you $600. TELL me it's late. TELL me when you plan to ship. i'll be infinitely more understanding if i'm not in the dark.

it's not the reps fault, but the company needs to fix their process if they want to keep doing business in the US. we are all spoiled by amazon, and really i don't expect less from anyone else i spend hundreds of dollars with.
 
Anyone bothered by the varying screen temperature even at the slightest change in viewing angle? Or cooler temp up top while warmer towards the bottom?
