So I decided to cancel my order from Huawei and go ahead and order from Google. I don't care about the $50 credit (I wasn't getting it in the first place) and I was able to buy Nexus Protect. Google also actually promises shipping dates and such, much happier with my decision. Got the 64gb Alum.
 
128gb Aluminium ordered 29/09 from Google in UK finally processing! Estimated delivery 3-5 November. Should be right on time. Panic over, I hope.

For all those that ordered though project fi...lol. this is just not cool and I guess bad news. Anyway the girl that I just spoke to from fi said my phone most likely will not be here next week because they just got informed last night that the nexus 6p as a whole is just backed up and so popular that they are running low on inventory. So another words I'm a moron for pre-ordering this phone and a $25 gift card will make it better? When I asked why people who ordered this week are receiving their phones and someone like myself who ordered early in the game still hasn't received his phone...she had nothing to say except we do apologize. Either way I own a business and know you can't shoot the messenger, it's not her fault or any other reps, it's the morons at the top of the food chain that are to blame and that after 7 nexus releases still haven't figured out how to handle a phone release. Oh well, shame on Google. They took the wind out of my sail towards receiving this phone because now I pretty much know it's not even coming next week. I understand hyping a phone and all, but not taking care of the early adopters first is just absolutely terrible business practice.

Google Support is full of a bunch of liars. I had a Bryce I think it was earlier on there. He told me that everyone on the forums is lying about having their orders ship before people that ordered first. He said they are shipping in the order the orders were received and that everyone on the forums is editing their screen caps. Yesterday I had support tell me mine was set to ship today as FedEx had received the info for my order and it would ship from Carol Stream. So far no change in status. This is definitely the last time I order anything directly from Google. I just want them to be straight up with us and admit their shipping process is garbage and say sorry. I'd feel much better with them acknowledging that they are failing. My order was pretty late in the game, so really not that big of deal to me, but I feel bad for everyone that ordered earlier that are still waiting while new orders are being fulfilled in a day or 2.
 
No word on other sizes? Waiting on 32GB Graphite.

I ordered a 32gb Aluminum from Huawei. They sent me an email on Wednesday saying it shipped. I called and they said I would get a tracking number the next day. I chat with them and they said it went out. I called again and they said it went out. I called again and they said UPS would send me a tracking number, but it went out. I kept pushing. She kept putting me on hold.
20 minutes after I got off the phone I got an email saying "Label Created" and the package was ready for UPS to pick up at Huawei.
Moral of the story, if you ordered from Huawei and haven't gotten a tracking number keep calling. Seems like they only mail it after you contact them a bunch of times.
I knew I should have been concerned when my Shipment Number was like 2000. Meaning they have only shipped about 2000 things, all things, since they started selling stuff here.

I agree 100%. Just don't lie to everyone is my take. By lying it just makes me so much more mad. And can't they see that as late as today it said 1-2 days leaving the warehouse, lmaoooooo, while I've been waiting a month?

My tracking number finally came my delivery is coming on the 4th. From Huawei Store.

Just ordered a 128GB Frost, shipped by estimates are close, the race is on

*edit - BOTH the order from the begining of the month ( 128GB alum ) and this one , are in pending status now
 
Has anyone here ordered from Huawei? I ordered an Aluminum 64gb 6P on 10/25, and it's still processing. "Brian" from support tells me it'll be between November 20th and 30th before I get the phone, anyone else have any insight? It's really upsetting that the manufacturer of these things is confused even worse than google. Are logistics really that hard?

I ordered on 10/1 from Huawei, still processing. Spoke to "Brian" on 10/27 and he said it should ship by the end of the week for me. 32GB Graphite.

I just went ahead and cancelled. I can get an earlier order date from Google and I actually really wanted the Nexus Protect, so I'm happy with my decision.
 
My 128 Frost was waiting for me when I got home today!!! Original shipping estimate was Nov 5th - 9th, suuuuuuuuuuper happy, worth the wait!!

Do i get charged only when it ships?
 
64GB Aluminum ordered 10/2 with Nov 10-12 estimate has gone to Processing after sitting at pending for a week. I find it a bit convenient that it went Processing after contacting support for the first time. I've been reluctant to call or chat with them because I know they've been inundated with these order status questions.
 
Finally N6P Frost 128gb moved to processing and CC charged!

I was just able to order the 64GB Graphite.
Approx Ship Nov 18th.

I may cancel it if the 64GB Frost becomes available. The frost looks pretty sharp in pictures.
