My 64gb Frost was just charged to my CC and finally switched to processing! Day one order. Can I start getting excited?

My Nexus 6P 128GB Graphite that I preordered over a month ago shipped today! Looks like it should arrive tomorrow. I feel like my repeated conversations with Google Support may have gotten me out of the "pending" state of doom, as my order went from pending to shipped all at once.

I have to laugh, all these people who are so hard done by in not receiving your phone yet. Most of you haven't passed your delivery date, regardless if the same configuration has been sent to people ordering after you. The benefit of the early order was the $50 credit for the play store. That was the perk with expected ship date in November, of which you were happy to accept, so what are you crying about!!! Why is Google to blame for dangling a carrot out there for all of you, you took it so now honor your side of the offer, which is to wait till your delivery date has passed before you cry and complain and not because someone got their phone before you. You are all the same people I bet that would say, this is my football and I am going home.

Has anyone gotten phones from Project Fi which were scheduled to deliver in November like Nov 6-9 or Nov 10-12?

My Project Fi phone was ordered 10/1 with Nov 12-16 delivery date. 64GB Aluminum. Got it Monday 11/2 and it is awesome. Project Fi works exactly as advertised so far.

Ordered 64GB Graphite on Friday 10/30 with shipping date of Nov 18-20. I contacted Google CS today to change my card since I realized I used the wrong card to order. The rep told me that he was unable to change my card my transaction was processing and will ship soon and I should receive it by the 10/13 even though my Play Store order still says pending. I am hoping that he is correct and will receive my phone soon.

Ordered 32GB Aluminium 6P from Project Fi on Oct 15th.
Leaves warehouse date is Nov 9 with delivery between Nov 12 - 16.
Status of the order changed to Processing a week ago.
My credit card now shows a pending charge from Google. It appeared within the past hour.
Hopefully this means it's about to ship!

I have the exact same dates for shipping. I ordered same model through fi on 10/16/15. Stuck in processing since 10/28. Pending charge came on CC on 10/28 and disappeared today. I hope it ships on 11/9. Not hoping for early delivery.

The concept of pre-ordering anything generally means you have first dibs once the device becomes available. I do think people shouldn't be crying so much if their delivery date hasn't passed yet. But speaking from personal experience(mine was supposed to be here yesterday... hasn't shipped) I can see why a lot of people are getting upset.

I'd buy your argument if Google identified up front that by accepting the $50 Play credit you could receive your phones after those who order it when it was released but since they didn't do that the premise is that it is first come, first served. And, I would bet most people who ordered early didn't do so because of the $50 Play Credit. They did it because they wanted their phones ASAP.

I was told the same by CSR today in chat regarding my order of 64GB Graphite from 10/30 and order is still pending. Apparently it will soon change to processing.

I ordered my 32gb graphite on 9/30 from the Google store... Finally shipped last night and they overnighted at no extra cost.


All these people complaining about Google customer service should try dealing with Huawei. Then they will understand what an incompetent order process really is.

That being said I am typing this using my 6P that I got from them today.

Listen buddy. Some people get excited over football. Some get excited over hockey, others get pumped over taking a vacation to europe or going to see their favorite band. If you wouldnt tell one of these people to suck it up because their team lost, their flight got delayed, or their band canceled their tour, then zip your mouth and leave the bashing out of the thread. The tech guys who preordered are venting their frustrations over google's terrible shipping logistics because getting a new device is our excitement. Judging by the 3 posts youve made, you seem to only be here to troll those who are frustrated, so to be honest, you look more pathetic than pretty much anyone else in this thread.

Looks like they're filling the sep 29th 128gb graphites now. Ordered mine a day ago and it's processing but not shipped. I'm assuming I'll get them this batch if there's leftover.

Be careful. The higher your excitement, the farther you have to fall if they disappoint you.

I ordered a 64GB Frost on day one and it was suppose to leave the warehouse by 11/2. It went to processing on Friday and a pending charge showed up on my CC on Monday. I got excited, but that just led to more disappointment as it still sits in processing.
