Order just switched to processing within the last 2-3 hours and CC charge is now pending.

128 GB Aluminium
Order date - 9/29

Originally was supposed to ship by 10/27, with a 10/30 - 11/3 delivery window. Received the delayed email yesterday, with a new delivery window of 11/7 - 11/14.

Anybody have input on how long the processing phase lasted before the next step took place?

Mine has been in processing for a day so far. If it is shipped overnight tomorrow I'll get it by the end of the delivery window (Nov 4-6). We'll see how it goes...

128 GB Aluminium
Order date - 10/1

Project Fi - 32GB Graphite finally shipped today.

Ordered 10/4
Estimated Ship Date 11/9
Pending 10/26 or 27
Processing 11/3
Shipped 11/4

I requested standard shipping and they are overnighting at no charge. It should be here tomorrow.

I was expecting to receive it in one day since I live 1-2 hours from the Mira Loma, CA facility. However, my order shipped from Carol Stream, IL so I definitely appreciate the one day shipping.

Thanks to everyone for their helpful posts... I'll get some time back not following this thread :)

Interesting...mine just arrived from Mira Loma, and I live a few hours away from there. Maybe because I got mine from the Google store instead of Fi?

My 128 graphite finally changed to processing and credit card has a full amount pending charge. If they ship by tomorrow I should get it Friday since I live 45 minutes from the Carol Stream , IL

ETA:
Ordered 10/1
Leave warehouse 11/5
ETA 11/10-12

Frost 128GB now processing there is hope. Wonder which arrives first the case I ordered coming from China or the Nexus. Place your bets:)

For what it's worth, my 128 GB Graphite ordered on 9/29 with a Nov 10 - 12 delivery date had been in "pending" status for about a week, went to "processing" early this morning, and moments ago "shipped".

You know, if Fallout 4 had been released a week sooner, I'd have no problem with this shipping debacle as I'd be wandering though the Wasteland getting lost and exploring failed Vaults, clearing them of feral ghouls. Instead, I torture myself by reading the posts here and wonder where hell my phone (and everyone else's phone that's trapped in pending purgatory) is located and wtf the point of pre-ordering was if we're getting hosed like this.

I think the most frustrating thing is that Google is completely silent about it aside from the random "delayed" notification (which I haven't received; I've been trapped in "Pending" for quite some time now). This was my first time running through the Google machine for a phone purchase and, honestly, it's probably not something I'll do again. Or at least not the pre-order route. If I do it again, it'll probably be a month after the general release date. And if there wasn't a waiting list on the 64GB Frost models, I'd just order another and cancel the original order. The $50 Play store credit wasn't even a big draw for me. I just wanted to get the latest and greatest from Google.

C'mon Fallout 4. At least I know YOU'LL arrive on time.

Anybody have input on how long the processing phase lasted before the next step took place?

Charge on my card was at 11 am central time.. Went to processing.. Got tracking the next night around 6 or 7 pm arrived at my house two days after that (I picked the free shipping and it was 2 days ground from IL to TX)

I'd buy your argument if Google identified up front that by accepting the $50 Play credit you could receive your phones after those who order it when it was released but since they didn't do that the premise is that it is first come, first served. And, I would bet most people who ordered early didn't do so because of the $50 Play Credit. They did it because they wanted their phones ASAP.

I agree with you on that assumption except for the conclusion, that is, what if Google didn't expect the phones to be available when they were and as a result, the outcome of first come first served, got all messed up because they were able to start taking orders earlier than expected.

I ordered from huwaei - aluminum 128gb 10/22 hoping for mid Nov delivery. My current phone is giving me problems so I called to see if there was anyway to expedite. Short answer was no - looking at late Nov delivery even though I acknowledged I would likely cancel because i need a working phone for work. They said they totally appreciated the situation, but gave me a number for cancelling the order.

They even acknowledged that they were watching the forums and the upset with orders. What a launch :)
