Been going back and forth on frost or graphite since launch. Yesterday pulled the trigger on graphite 32gb and just went to processing this evening.

I have the exact same dates for shipping. I ordered same model through fi on 10/16/15. Stuck in processing since 10/28. Pending charge came on CC on 10/28 and disappeared today. I hope it ships on 11/9. Not hoping for early delivery.

I take that back. I have a new pending charge on my credit card for device and another one from Google *GSN for $0. I just hope this means it is about to ship. I opted for free shipping. If they upgrade it to free overnight then may be I will get it by Saturday. Fingers crossed.

Ordered 64GB Alum minutes after site went live 9/29. After reading this thread, grew frustrated that others who ordered significantly after me were receiving their phones. That order is still currently stuck in "Pending" status w/ Nov 10-12 estimated date.

On Nov 3rd, ordered another 64GB Alum. Within hours, order went to "Processing" and it just recently went to "Shipped"!!! Even better...it was shipped overnight and will be here tomorrow! I didn't pay for any expedited shipping.

I'm canceling the original pre-order, and giving up the play credit, but don't care. For whatever reason, there seems to be a very large number of pre-orders sitting in purgatory. They must have significant order routing/system issues that are causing this. There is no other explanation for this failed roll-out.

Needless to say...can't wait for tomorrow!

WOW....my 64 GB Aluminium ordered on 9/30 is still pending. In chat with Google customer service rep today I was told
"Asher 9:37 AM
The devices are shipping out as orders were placed, it does depend on device availability and location of the warehouses. The pre-orders are our top priority and are being shipped out the moment they are available."

Google customer service is sticking to script but it it obvious that they are not following a first-ordered , first-shipped premise!

Frost....64....ordered 9/30....went to processing last night...just SHIPPED. Overnight fedex!

My only words are: !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Down side...I'm leaving tomorrow to go out of town. I wonder if it'll make it to san diego in the morning so that I can maybe pick it up on the way out.

128GB Graphite - ordered on 11/02 - went from pending to processing tonight, 11/04 - purchased through Google (canceling order Huawei from 10/12).

Be careful. The higher your excitement, the farther you have to fall if they disappoint you.

I ordered a 64GB Frost on day one and it was suppose to leave the warehouse by 11/2. It went to processing on Friday and a pending charge showed up on my CC on Monday. I got excited, but that just led to more disappointment as it still sits in processing.

You're right. I should know better by now.

Did you pay for overnight or is it an upgrade?

I'm happy to say that I got the phone almost a full week ahead of the posted shipping date.

It shipped with next day air even though I chose the slower option.

I'm pretty happy with the phone and the order processing for a launch device wasn't bad.

Arghhh, F5 F5 F5.. Bastards, ship my phone- I am leaving town on Friday for a WEEK!

Mine just switched to processing. I am in the same boat except I leave tuesday and its out of the country where I was hoping to use Fi to stay in touch.

I have to laugh, all these people who are so hard done by in not receiving your phone yet. Most of you haven't passed your delivery date, regardless if the same configuration has been sent to people ordering after you. The benefit of the early order was the $50 credit for the play store. That was the perk with expected ship date in November, of which you were happy to accept, so what are you crying about!!! Why is Google to blame for dangling a carrot out there for all of you, you took it so now honor your side of the offer, which is to wait till your delivery date has passed before you cry and complain and not because someone got their phone before you. You are all the same people I bet that would say, this is my football and I am going home.

The point of pre-ordering a product is that you are reserving your place in a virtual line for a product that could very well be in high demand. That's why, for example, people pre-order videogame consoles and Steam Controllers and other goods that tend to sell out quickly. In this case Google has accomplished a unique sort of cluster**** in which those that pre-ordered actually are penalized. The $50 gift card is just a little bonus, not the sole reason for pre-ordering. If Google specifically made clear that by pre-ordering you would be giving up your place in line in exchange for a $50 gift card, I doubt they would have a very successful pre-order campaign.

Let's put it in context; if Apple managed to create a situation in which casual buyers just clicked on a website spur of the moment and received their phones before the enthusiasts that pre-ordered a month or more in advance, I am quite certain that they would be heavily criticized by blogs and media and their fanbase as having 'botched' the launch. What Google did is basically penalize the most enthusiastic part of their base. The evangelists, if you will. That's why they are being criticized, and rightly so.

Well damn... now the charge has disappeared from my card. It's no longer listed under my pending charges (though my available credit hasn't gone back up yet), just mere hours after it appeared. There goes my hope of it shipping tonight, I guess. Maybe they'll surprise me, but at this point I doubt it.

So I got the shipping notice on the aluminum 64GB I ordered this weekend, and it will be delivered to my house tomorrow. Graphite 64GB I ordered on Oct 4 is still pending but within the window of "leaves warehouse by Nov 5". I called google CS and asked about the return policy, and they confirmed that if I use the aluminum and decide to return it within 15 days I just need to pay return shipping. The CS also said that I can call CS back, and if I decide to keep the aluminum I can ask to have the $50 google play credit (for my graphite that is still pending) transferred to the aluminum, if I want to just cancel the graphite order. Interesting.

I'll see how the aluminum looks with the cheap all black case on it. If I am ok with how it looks then I may try to just get the credit transferred. Still kind of aggravating, but at least I have a backup plan now.

Final Update: So I've had the aluminum for a couple of days now and am very happy with it. The black case I have on it totally covers up the case, so the case color doesn't matter to me at all. I've spent over an hour getting it set up the way I like, so I don't really want to return it if/when the graphite actually ships. The graphite is still showing as pending and "leaves warehouse by Nov 5" - don't see how that is happening.

I called google CS and asked if I could just get the $50 google play credit from the pending graphite order transferred to the aluminum I just received, and go ahead and cancel the graphite. He escalated to the "specialist team" that handles this stuff, and the after a 5-minute wait the answer was nope. He told me the only option I had was to go through with letting the graphite ship, get the google play credit emailed to me, and then refuse shipment or return it if it is actually delivered to my house. It would make much more sense for google to just transfer my credit and not have to deal with a phone staying unsold while it is shipped to me and returned, but what do I know?? :)

Oh well, this is it for me on this thread, so I'm outta here. See you all on other threads.

It's all happening,

64gb frost has movement. Woohoo. Except, I still believe they owe us that got theirs later than others.

Ordered 64GB Graphite on Friday 10/30 with shipping date of Nov 18-20. I contacted Google CS today to change my card since I realized I used the wrong card to order. The rep told me that he was unable to change my card my transaction was processing and will ship soon and I should receive it by the 10/13 even though my Play Store order still says pending. I am hoping that he is correct and will receive my phone soon.
I was told the same by CSR today in chat regarding my order of 64GB Graphite from 10/30 and order is still pending. Apparently it will soon change to processing.

Update for anyone out there who had credit card issues.
Ordered: 9/29 1418hours
64 GB Graphite
Have been on Pending status since 10/26
Original credit card was killed by bank due to fraud activity. Google CS said they can't switch out payment methods, would have a cancel the order. I did't cancel, just updated Google payments with my new card info.
Received an email tonight from Google, 2040 hours EST, advising the purchase was on hold because the original card was declined, asked me to update my payment info. Went to Google payments, transferred the purchase to the new card. Card was charged immediately.
Status has changed to processing.

Hope this puts some of you at ease. Another example that Google CS doesn't know what the hell they're talking about.
