Regarding "Nexus Protect." When I ordered through Fi, I was told that Nexus Protect wasn't available for my device. There was a checkbox "please inform me when Nexus Protect is available for my device" (which I selected). Later, Google Store told me I could only add Protect when ordering, I'd need to cancel and re-order to add Protect (I declined). Project Fi support clarified this. Apparently Nexus Protect is available for Google Store orders, and must be added with device order. However, Protect is not available through Project Fi yet, and per Fi Support it CAN be added after device is received. No idea why Google Store didn't know my order was through Fi. Also, apparently when I ordered the device it was out of stock at Fi so rerouted to Google Store, and may not have been processed in usual manner. Perhaps I shouldn't say "processed" LOL, because the order is still Pending.

Finally received my 128GB Frost this afternoon. Unfortunately, it arrived just as I was getting ready for work, so I won't have time to really mess with it until tomorrow. That being said, I did take it out of the box to give it a once-over, and noticed that the bottom panel is not totally flush with the rest of the frame. One side sticks up higher than the rest, albeit slightly. It's not really noticeable, and frankly, if it's the only defect I come across, I can definitely live with it. Anyone else receive theirs today?

Been processing since Thursday night and no shipping details provided. Just spoke with Google who didn't seem to have a clue what is going on and told me they are waiting for stock to be replenished. When I said that I order on the day it went on pre-order he said he would escalate it and call me back. God knows if I will hear from them again. They are a shambles.

Hi Danred1 mate, I'm the exact same boat as you. Ordered the same spec, round about the same time too. Spoke to google this morning and they told me the exact same thing, that he would contact me back to confirm dates, but still no word.. Please keep me updated and I will do the same for you. Cheers
To all that haven't received their Nexus 6P!! Google will continue to mug us off and unless we all shout they will continue to ignore us. All I want is them to be more transparent regards to A) Why there is a delay, B) Which country\region does it effect, C) Is the delay with HUWAIE or with there logistics and D) Why does their ordering status page not correspond to the actual outcome and why weren't we notified of such delays? I such we create a twitter campaign of some sorts for exam #googlewheresmy6P #6PGate #GoogeNexus6P? or something like that? I would do this myself but unfortunately still waiting for a decent handset....

I got the Customer Service rep to email me a complaint form, which would allow them to escalate the issue, I recommend you all do the same.
