So how are all graphite's able to be ordered online if they don't freaking have any?

Leaves warehouse by is a joke. It is either in stock and available for purchase, or its not in and should not be able to buy at this point so they can fill all preorders

My suggestion is that if the same item is available in stock and ready for reorder, please reorder the same. you will get it within three /four days. Idi that for my 64 Gb Alu. Originally ordered on 9/29, pending status, whenever i called they said dispatch is on Nov 5th. Whereas I reordered on Nov 1st , went in to processing within minutes and then Item is shipped and on way to home for delivery.

And if they do, do they ever offer any more specific information?
As far as I can ascertain, they have access to no more information than I do looking at My Account on the play store?

It just looks as if they completely don't have a clue regards to the status of our orders, totally clueless.

Not heard back from them, no (aside from the email to acknowledge they had received the complaint and would be forwarding it on). No progress on my order either. *sigh*

I was told the same thing with my order. Everything was set to go and no expected delay and now it is a day after my shipping date.

Are you in processing now or still in pending?

How much time did it take for switching from Processing to shipping? Did it ship the same day??

I ordered for 64 GB Frost and it didn't ship yesterday. So, ordered for 64 GB Aluminium. It went to Processing late night. One day shipping.

I keep imagining there are a bunch of pallets with stacks and stacks of 6P's and a sign above them that say "For Google Store Orders" and then a single empty pallet next to them with a sign that says "For Project Fi Orders." And then I also think their orders come in Outlook or something and the newest order is at the top and they just start at the top when they are picking orders, so the newest ones get filled first and they never quite make it to preorders.

Mine was processing for a week. I was charged (pending) then it was returned. Then it shipped last night around 7pm and my card was then officially charged. 32gb graphite.

Ordered a 64g graphite on 10/31 and was still pending this morning. I ordered a 64g Alum this morning and two hours later it went to processing. Just wanted to share.

When I talked to support a few minutes ago this is what he said about fi orders:

Your device was pre-ordered. The device is spoken for, by you. We just don't have it ready for you yet. The Project Fi folks, send you out additional information with your devices. It may be why they were always quoted a bit farther out than normal orders.

I ordered 64GB Aluminum on 10/3.. went to processing 11/2.. It has always had expected date of 11/12-11/16 but the guy said it should be shipping by 11/9.

Ordered another 64gb graphite. Showed shipping as 11-12. After the order went through shipping says 11-18-24 th. Instant cancel. My old ship date is 11-13-16. I'll just ride with that order.

Man, I was really hoping they would prioritize the Google Fi orders (or at least not let them fall behind as it looks from some CS stories here) since there is extra revenue once we get them and start paying for service.

My coworker got his 32GB Aluminum (Not Fi) delivered on 11/5. I really want my phone.

Exactly the same here, 32 GB Aluminum. I made my order Oct. 19th though. So the Fi orders must have always been at the back of the line from the beginning. Wonder if they are buying time so they can figure out what kind of protection plan they will offer. But seems like a lot of Fi phones going out on the 9th... hoping sooner.
