Jio 4G voice app not working

AC Question

"Some other RCS app is running. Please disable it to be able to use Jio 4G Voice". This problem I am not able to fix. I updated all the apps i had and this happened. I tried deleting the necessary apps related to calls, media and chats. Still its not working. I am not able to receive calls or make calls after this issue in my samsung galaxy s6. Please help.

i also facing this problem in my S6 Edge Plus "some other rcs app is running , please disable it to be able to use jio4g voice". i think Jio Blocked my mobile to use voice service.

How can i disable rcs app? I cant get n make calls on my GALAXY S6EDGE plus ....please help me in any way ....

I also have the same problem with my Samsung Galaxy s6 verizon factory unlocked stock version. Its saying "some other RCS app is running. Please disable it to be able to use jio4gvoice". I had this problem for a month. Then i had found a solution to it. I just downloaded and installed previous version of the app n it was working fine. Until yesterday it said you have the older version of the app please update. So i m back to square one. I m so fedup.. if someone find a solution please let me know. Thanks.

Hi all , i got the solution for this... just uninstall it and download old apk....not the latest one , download old one like .. oct one and use it...also dont forget to uncheck auto update for this app in ply store

Install old apk and uncheck auto update in play store

If you look at the post after the one you copied you will see old versions no longer work. Best thing to do is contact IMO customer services for assistance

i had given some review to the jio voice call app.and there reply was they will fix this issue with next update.hopefully the do so
