I finally got the update last Friday. No problems (knock on wood) and it does seem to be more responsive to my touch/taps.

Just got JSS15R. I am on my second Nexus 7 because of the unresponsive screen issue and this one has the same problem. When laying on a wood desk, or furniture, the top left of the screen does not respond to touches. Works okay if touching the screen with the other hand or if plugged in. Was hoping this update might do something but the problem is still there. Looks like I'll be returning this one also. Let's hope 3 is the magic number!

Just got my update and have played with the tablet for an hour or so and the first thing I noticed was better battery life. I'll update in a day or so after more use to confirm if it's really happening or if I'm dreaming..lol. User accounts is new as mentioned earlier....I'll update if anything has noticeable changes..

I flashed mine to the Web released firmware and so far nothing on the updates after that.

Wondering how this affects "N7 random restart and reboot" problem (reported elsewhere in this forum).
Any "victims" see a difference?

Yes. This is my 3rd Nexus 7. Had the GPS problem with the first one, GPS and Random Reboot with the second one, and now the Random Reboot with this one. I had the problem before the update to JSS15R, and have had several instances of the problem after the update. WiFi is on. Seems to happen with greater frequency when I am running an app that uses GPS (i.e., Maps, or GPS Test, etc), but did see it once when merely running Chrome. To test, I just reboot the device, manually, then launch an app, and then let it sit on my desk. Eventually, it reboots itself. This can take a few minutes, or a few days, but so far, it has rebooted itself, at some point, every time I have turned it on.
