If I were your I'd run the the battery to empty, so the phone shuts off. Then turn the phone back on and
charge to green LED. Now unplug and turn off completly. Once it's turned off plug it back in (while still off) and charge to green. Now turn it back on and let it set for an hour. After this hour check the app "Spare Parts" like I had Iceycold do. You should be getting "time without sleep" about 5-20%.
What we're trying to accomplish here is "teaching" your phone what a full battery looks like. Don't run it to empty often if possible. Once in a while is Okay though.
Bump charging is what is underlined.
Just follow the instructions I gave Iceycold to see if your phone is sleeping and it it's not the "partial wake" usage in "spare parts" will point to what's taking life.
Over a 8 hour period last night when I was sleeping my phone lost 6% life. I do turn wifi/gps/blue tooth/data OFF when I'm sleeping since there is no need to update the weather, email, facebook when I'm asleep.
I'd recommend setting up a control panel on one of your homepages like seen in this post. It's really useful to control all your settings.
