Screen size
I am also debating whether to wait "just another few months." But it seems endless. If I wait for the Pyramid, another great phone will be right around the corner.
Anyhow, the main sticking point for me is
1) HTC has Android experience and the Sense UI is nice
2) I think the screen is 1/2 inch taller. Yep, the phone is the same size but the screen is more efficiently spread out on the phone. So another 1/2 inch is 10% more.
