Just 2 questions for my new Note 4

Hello guys, I wanted to ask the Note 4 users that:
When you go to default apps and then under the "delete default options" do you have anything under it? I installed the Nova launcher and after I close an app it asks me either if I want to go to the easy mode or the normal touchwiz. Also is 9h41m of battery with 65% left and screen time 2h4m good?

That battery life seems very normal for the phone, I get on average 5 hours screen time a day
