Mine is being pushed to the max with a 1.2ghz kernel

its hanging in there but man I am definitely in need of an upgrade.

lulz. I have a dying G1 and even with that the iphone doesn't look attractive (beyond the physical looks, i'm just not attracted to its personality)

I've had both the phones you mentioned for a day each. The Droid X was pretty cool. It needed a few bugs sorted out (imagine the OTA update took care of that). The iPhone 4 is just like every other iPhone in a different wrapper. FWIW I have a 3Gs that I'm using while I wait for the Epic.

+1 for that Email lol. I seriously can't wait fot this phone. I'm gonna have to buy it out right (full cost) but that doesn't matter to me at all. I did the same for my Moment, and it was "current gen." I'm so hyped for this Epic bad-boy!!!

Yah I had the iphone 4 for a week. it was too much like the past iphones. I like it but im ready for something new. Screen was really nice though and it was super speedy and no lag.

I played with the Droid X at the vzw store, it was pretty cool but dunno just kinda bland to me.

I played with a vibrant and it was sweet. but I did notice that blueish hue to the screen that I think is inherent to amoled screens.

I went to my local RS to take a look at the Captivate and was surprised that they were taking names and numbers for the Epic waiting list. No release date yet and they don't
know what will be included in the package for those who pre-ordered, but I'm #2!
No Captivate in store so I'll have to try another store tomorrow.
