k-9 mail notification question

Until google resolves the gmail notification issue with the latest release i'm moving on to other clients. Unfortunately I need a client that will allow me to setup different notifications for different labels or specific contacts. Does k-9 allow this? I have installed it, but not found the setting?

The only email client I know of that allows setting diffrrent notifications for specific contacts is Maildroid.

Android since v1.0. Linux user since 2001.

Thanks, i looked into maildroid however they don't have the notifications option to delete or reply from the main screen, a developer knows about this but when it will be implemented is beyond me.
