Re: [Kernel][CM7] XioniaRedux 2.6.32.33-ck2 08222011

Running Drew's CM7 with Xionia Redux_07272011 when I try installing 08222011 I get the an error message that the file is corrupt. I've tried downloading it several times but continue to get the same results.

Am I missing something here or is there really something wrong with the file at present?

Just updated my kernel and my battery now lasts more than 24 hours...what black magic is this?

Just follow the instructions inside the app. You will be prompted to reboot the system so it can install the chainfire driver. I didn't mess with the individual settings for each app just the primary settings.

Which issues does this fix. I'm still finding I have issues with multitouch. Tried a tester which still switched my touch points and glow hockey is a pita for me.

Drew I think I love you for this! I've been pondering asking you for the multitouch fix for a while but didn't want to bother you because your busy enough!

Question whenever Pandora plays and the screen goes off it stutters a lot at the beginning of each song then plays normal. but when i play it through my Bluetooth car adapter it just stutter throughout the whole song. I tried boosting the screen off to 320 mhz but it just reverts back to 245mhz and I've tried changing the governor but it keeps on reverting back to smartass.

Are you using the built in settings in CM7 to change it and not an app?

indeed i have. its been doing the same thing with all three of the latest cm7 roms. an3thos, drews and ravens. I have also tried using setcpu but it does the same thing.

You sure can, I actually did it a while ago. Wasn't too successful in getting Xorg working, but then again I didn't spend too much time with it.

I should also note that I did it using an ext2 partition on my sdcard, as the loop file creation failed somehow.
