Really,
Is everyone really that unaware? I'm more astouded by this "Surprised" theme I'm hearing here than the fact that American freedom has a new definition. All of you think that (hellmit laws, no smoking everywhere, making fireworks illegal,etc.etc.) were good laws to vote in. And they were. To you. Here's the problem. The more we try to control everyone else, the more we will be contolled ourselves. The less tolerant we are of others differences, preferences, and lifestles, the less what we want will matter to others. If that doesn't make sense to you then I'm sure you voted to put kids in cup cars for firecrackers. Or decided that a paying customer should be in service to a paid server and not smoke in a bar.

Amen to that LOL Tim for a reform back to he way things should be

Forgive my ignorance, but I do not understand your 'kids in cup cars for firecrackers' comment. However I do feel people should try to be more tolerant of others. Frankly, I don't understand why people are bothered by other's life decisions that don't really have much, if any, affect on the one's casting judgement. Sadly, I have found it impossible to be completely free of judgement of others. I feel I do my best not to judge, but occasionally fall short. Most of the time I just don't care enough to judge. I find it's none of my business. I am pro gay marriage. Though I am not pro abortion, I am pro choice. I also believe in our constitutional right to own firearms. Though I have no issue with regulations and strict background checks. I believe govt is necessary, but it should be careful not to overstep and interfere too much in the personal lives of the people. I understand not wanting smoking in restaurants. However, in my opinion, outlawing smoking in bars is a little ridiculous. In my experience most bar patrons smoke. If one is that concerned with bad health from 2nd hand smoke, stay out of the damn bar. Those type of laws are regional of course. Though I myself am not religious, I believe the Bible says do unto others. Sad that some folks need a book to know to do that. To me it seems fairly obvious. I rarely comment on any computer sites, including my facebook page. I'm not sure the reason I felt so inclined this time. Frankly, I can't imagine anyone that doesn't know me personally giving a damn what I think anyway. Never the less, to whomever, if anyone, that actually does take the time to read my ramblings, enjoy the crazy. :)
