KingxKlick Kernel OC/UV

So far my BFS kernel is kicking major butt! (running at 1.13)

I am upper 1400's consistently in quadrant.

37 consistently in Linpack.

28.1 FPS in NeoCore.

Yeah just noticed he had posted it. Went and read up on the BFS kernel and what it's all about and it sounds good. Primarily it is built for slower desktop linux machines to scale more efficiently under normal load levels. I take that as meaning anything less than 100% with clock ticks not being load lagged behind. IE forward looking. So it should show an improvement on a cpu like we are using. Interesting. Will be flashing this later when I have some time!

Lets just say you can't go wrong with BFS

Noob question, but how are you guys changing processor speed? Is there some functionality with the kernal package that I'm not seeing or are you just using your kernels with in conjunction with SetCPU?

Second question: Anyone wipe their cache prior to install or do you just install over as-is?

Im using setcpu... and i install over as-is.

Yeah set cpu will let you change your processor speed between 245Mhz - 1,190mhz with these kernels.

Question: Does anybody know the default max of #2 (the one overclockable to 1.19) if you're not using SetCPU? As in, does it ever go above 1Ghz without being told to do so?
