Kit Kat 4.4 installed on my Verizon Moto X

Scrolling in most Google products (Google+, Photos, People) is laggy/jittery since the update.
I tried resettting, and before any apps even reinstalled, I verified it's still the case.
Plus now, Google Calendar is hosed. I'm back to AOSP as my only option.

SMS backup brought messages back to the phone, but the wouldn't show in hangouts, either.
I think I was better off before I reset

I had a stuttering issue and did a reset without deleting the cache and it was still there. Clear the cache, reset.

That worked for me on 4.2
