Thanks. I just don't get whythere are 7 screens. Does anybody really use them all?

I use the same widgets on 7 screens as I use on the 5 screens it just spaces them out more and lets me make larger sizes.

What am i doing wrong?

Im fallowing every step but when i get to the install screen it says "error dumping image files." or something along those lines.

Currently, i have DM 1.0. Do i need to delete that before installing?!

I have the same problem. I'm using ROM manager, Clockwork recovery, wiped
, etc.

Any ideas?

If you already downloaded the rom, get rom manager from the market. It should help with the install.

Had the same problem when going from DM 1.0. When in clockwork recovery screen wipe data and then install from sdcard. It worked for me. Not sure why it won't install the other way but this worked like a charm.

Tried that but the zip file is not listed.

Make sure you don't have any zip files on the root of your sdcard that you don't want to flash. And yes you can flash this over dm just wipe data and cache

Ok i finally got it installed.....my apps are gone. AHHHHHHHHH. I restored them but what a pain.

So I've made it 3 days on this rom without changing and the only thing I'm noticing is that sometimes it will freeze for a second after I unlock it. Are you guys seeing the same thing and if not should I try to re flash this and try to fix it?

Yes I noticed that I can never make it long on a rom wanted to test Pete's rom

I get that after/before a phone call.

Its not bad doesn't have all the cool things as koush's but once I got it broken in its been stable and decent battery life at 1.1 no more cell standby sucking down my battery. Ill be going back to koush's tomorrow I miss 360

The auto brightness is not a huge deal to me and neither is the mute button. I would rather be missing those than to have the standby and idle sucking down my battery.

Had the same issue with the latest drops hopefully 505 gets closer to the speed of 102/103. But Pete's rom is slow unless overcocked

Yeah, 1.0.2 is the most stable. I ran cm 5.0.4.1 for a day and it rebooted constantly and ran hot @ 800. I went back to Koush 1.0.2 and themed with HexFusion and this thing rocks @ 800mhz.

I have automatic brightness enabled also. There is a Spareparts app installed that lets you change a bunch of internal settings and brightness is in there. (mine has two versions installed for some reason and one has more options).

did you use Koush's clock-work recovery and also did you wipe the data and the cache before installing?

Yup. I tried multiple times, since it kept sending me into the normal loader that you use for installing updates though.
