From the source:

@TeamAndIRC: Four independent sources state this is the Thunderbolt OTA, but I am starting to have my doubts

I got frustrated and flashed back to stock MR2 (froyo) just to test. The VM indicator worked immediately there. I know it works on other Verizon phones running GB... What Gives ??????

I'm not seeing any real difference between this one and .2 version. My signal strength is pretty much the same. Havent used it long enough to see if data drops or not though.

Downloading now, let's hope it's the final build. I've been getting a bit annoyed with having to use a camera work around as of late.

I haven't found anything else significant yet. Market updated very quickly. There are new radios with this one and it appears to be slightly better signal as I'm getting full 4 bars. Gtalk and camera seem ok.

Can u use the front facing camera in Gtalk I can't

Since I have no clue how to root a phone I am still running 2.21 froyo until the ota comes out.. I have never had any issues with my VM notifications.. Also I hope thus last leak is the actual update.. HTC is still saying before Sept is overe we will have the GB ota..

I had a VM notification when I woke up this morning! It was from the test I did on my VM right after installing the leak, never checked it, so many hours later it must've sent the notification. Problem was, the notification wouldn't go away without a restart. I've seen that reported previously as well.
