I haven't found anything else significant yet. Market updated very quickly. There are new radios with this one and it appears to be slightly better signal as I'm getting full 4 bars. Gtalk and camera seem ok.

It hasn't worked on any of the GB leaks I have tried...and I believe, with the exception of the very first test build, I have tried them all.

Nope none with any of the leaks. Even when I was still using Froyo. Right now my issue is just downloading the thing as the download seems to stop after I get 168 MB of it.

The basic VM indicator in the notification bar was not an issue in the stock froyo releases, but you are the first person anywhere that it works for with the GB leaks.

This, I hope, is very telling. Remember, the voicemail notification alert originates with VZW itself. And, I believe it uses a VZW proprietary technique to send it to the phone to produce the notification (seems it has something to do with SMS, but I can't remember).

In any case, just like the VZW proprietary "My Verizon" and "Mobile Hotspot" didn't work until the official OTA, perhaps this voicmail notification issue will also automagically begin working again with the official VZW OTA.

I don't know, but I hope you are right. My Verizon has worked on all of the leaks...even the data widget. I'm thinking they aren't quite finished working this. It really makes me wonder why the Tbolt is the only phone I have heard about with this VM indicator problem...froyo or GB.

I actually tested it several times with the same NEGATIVE results.

I haven't had any issues with that, and I haven't read about any big issues with that lately.

Retested the VM thing on my phone and sure enough it works just fine for me.
