The phone is insane. Amazing hardware, One UI 3.1 is extremely good, phone is crazy fast and try cameras are just amazing. I think this phone has better cameras than the Pixels and a nicer/more useful UI as well.

I'm a very simple layout kind of person. Just got my Ultra a few days ago. I am still setting up my phone the way I like it. Trying to get my notifications all customized the way I like them. I don't like every app to notify me in the status bar but I do like having the unread badges on the icons. So I installed Tesla Unread for Nova. I still don't think it works exactly the way it used to for every app. I love using gestures but there's always a delay when I go home. If I switch to three buttons, it goes away.

This is my lock screen. It's a theme called Mr. Mushroom at night. I couldn't stand the jankiness of the gestures and third party launchers so I went back to one ui launcher and downloaded a theme that I like.
