LG Aristo from Metro Pcs purchased last week is externally & internally full

What I'm asking is there a top select you could name that is known to take space for something if needed will retrieve it on its own like the dc in that I can safely remove/ delete and empty my phone...this is a LG Aristo from metro pcs just purchased past week.

It has only 16GB of internal storage, which probably means about 8GB left for your use (Android takes up the rest), so there's internal.

External? Apps install to internal.

The question you say you're asking is a bit confusing, but at a guess I'd have to say "no".
