Lg g2 won't power on after power off/restart executed

[AC Question]

Hello,

I've had the phone for about two months. I was attempting to watch a video, and as usual, it would only play the sound (another problem!); when I closed the browser, the audio continued, so I held down the power button and selected power off and restart. The phone will now not power back on. There should have been at least 60% battery left, so it's not that. The blue/green light is blinking, and the screen, though black, appears slightly backlit. What do I do?

Try doing a reset with the hardware keys: Reset: LG G2 | T-Mobile Support
