Is this american slang as I'm confused lol but I find the outdoor display lacking, not tried it at full brightness mind you, at around 50% but to have it at a constant 100 which you can't as after a short while it will knock itself down to around 90% but I will try again and report back at 90% brightness.

So that has the wireless charging already included on the back cover? Maybe I'm not understanding what's shown but it looks like you could plop it on a wireless charger and charge away.

They basically just gimp it out just because.AT&T did it with the Lumia 1520, and Tmobile with the Lumia 925. They basically go in a d break a feature for whatever reason they see fit.

Just throwing this out there but I believe the 2 pin connector is for NFC and 4 pin is for wireless charging. From what I heard the wireless charging is only offered on the international version.

Four Pins > Two for NFC Two for Qi. LG is one of the few to do it like this, most have it in the battery. That's a good catch!

Just to confirm, I put in my preorder for my new Black G3 and the manager confirmed they will do the price match on the G Watch with AT&T. They just printed off the ad from the AT&T website for 50% off accessories. So I'll be getting my Gwatch and G3 this weekend.

Just saw that BB deal. Was going to hit the ATT store on Friday, but I'll go to BB instead and get $50 out of it. I'm glad that ATT messed up and I cancelled my online order!

I ordered mine yesterday and it shipped about 4 hours later, says it will deliver today. I was super surprised and excited when I called because I told the guy I just wanted to know what they could do for my since I was a phone junkie and he told me he would help me out by giving me the phone with the half off watch for a total of 314.99 plus tax with free overnight shipping. The guy said he couldn't do half off the watch but told me he would discount the phone down to $84.99 and the price would even out. This didn't make me sign a new contract and I don't have to send them my current phone which is nuts to me. AT&T really helped me out on this one so they get to keep me as a customer for a good while lol. I'll post pics when I get the phone today!

AT&T lists the off-contract prices as $579. That's a heck of a difference.

But- they are both AT&T branded with all their special bloatware and spyware on board.
If I pay full price for a device, I will not accept pre-loaded junk.

I don't believe LG offers that. Didn't with the G2 I don't think. International version would be the best with no branding as far as I know.

My device was ordered through my company. The person who ordered it told me they were out of stock and it would be delivered next week. At first it wasn't a big deal but now I see people getting it the day after ordering.

I would expect the major retailers to carry it. You may want to give Radioshack a quick call to see if they will have it available. As you said, I know my local Best Buy will have it available, as well as the carrier stores.

If you held the G3 next to the N5 outdoors in the sun, do you think one is easier to see than the other?

Virtually identical at 100% brightness. If anything, the slight nod to the G3. But it's barely noticeable.
