LG G3 screen is dark blue and unresponsive.

[AC Question]

My LG G3 charged for the majority of the day so I unplugged it. Last I knew it had a full battery. I went to check the weather on it and a couple hours later went back to use it again except this time every time I press the lock/unlock button a dark blue picture comes up on the screen and I cannot see anything. I cannot even shut it off. Please help!
