LG G6 - Silent Mode

So I have the LG G6 which has 2 sound profiles - Sound and Vibrate. It also has the Do not disturb mode which you can set to priority or total silence. The problem is, if I want the do not disturb to be set to priority there is no easy way to then make the phone actually silent on those off chances that I want that.

Does anyone have any solutions or know how to add a sound profile of silent?

If you pull down the notification panel, you can choose sound, vibrate, or silent. Does that work, or are you looking for a way to automatically turn on silent mode?

I Only have the option for sound and vibrate mode - any idea why this might be? I have the most up-to-date software and am based in the UK.

what happens when you have it in vibrate mode and you push volume down?
