LG Logo on loop when phone is turned on stuck there and hard reset won't work

So my LG G4 randomly shut off and when I tried to turn it on that's what started to happen I tried hard reset many times no luck doesn't seem to have worked because the problem persists.

Thank you glad to know that i'm not the only one and that i'm not out all this money for a phone I was worried they wouldn't replace.
