I need help my phone will not recoed i push record button n it records n stops right away n theres no video idk why can you help?

Hello,

Sorry to hear about the trouble. Usually this relates to either memory low or battery low. If your battery is not low and removing some things to free up space does not help, then you may need to look at the software. We would recommend taking the phone to a local store with your carrier to have them check the software if the none of the other troubleshooting works.

I have to agree with slinkies that your support sucks, I just received a Optimus G too and the video is not recording as well , the phone is 2 weeks old and fully charged
and right now not a lot of apps downloaded.

Is there a resolution this issue? or is the Optimus G faulty..

Can anyone help? I called Rogers technical support and they suggested . put it to factory default and test the video
I did and it is still not recording...

Try switching off the ''OK google ''hot word detection. It worked for me.

I'm trying to have an answer here, my video camera works, except on instagram idk why, but that's not my problem, my front camera isn't working when i use it alone or with snapchat or instagram i have a black screen with blue lines like this
