LG Security Error Morningcall cannot be verified?

I rooted my phone several days ago with no problems. I uninstalled "My Metro", restarted the phone, and it locked up displaying "LG Security Error Morningcall cannot be verified" The only thing I can do with my phone is charge it. Any help would be appreciated. My phone is LG Motion 4G LG-MS770
