LG V20 - Camera shots! Show us your pictures

Can you tell me how to create DYI portrait mode effect?
Personally I like to use Toolwiz Photos and select the Pro Editing option. Then go over to Photography and do either aperture or depth effect. The great thing is use can use the layer mask and erase exactly the areas you want to be in focus and reapply it if you mess up.

Working the warehouse the other day unloading fresh paper pulp. The steam and angle of the sun made these light beams.1005170843.jpg

Yay I can post pictures directly again. Last two are from Google camera via portrait mode. LRM_EXPORT_20180106_120715.jpg20180102_092939-01.jpeg20180102_092947-01.jpeg00100sPORTRAIT_00100_BURST20180111171919333_COVER.jpg00100sPORTRAIT_00100_BURST20180111160945429_COVER.jpg

I cheated on this because its composite of photos from the V20 and the dslr. The skyscrapers and below were shot using my V20 + ND filter. The clouds and the moon were shot with my friend's dslr, at a different time and place.

Shot in manual mode at the movies and edited in Snapseed. Google camera couldn't appropriately lock focus because of the lack of light and this is why manual controls can be such a life saver. Before and after. 20180113_190723.jpg20180113_190723-01.jpeg

My latest piece. Anyone ever use plotagraph? The app turns still shots into animated ones. The app is for iphones but there is a way to get it working on the android and on the pc. Thanks to the V20, I have become a photography geek.

Sneak peek from tonight's outing. These are the pics from Google camera but I took some awesome shots I want to edit in RAW. It was a rather warm night so I took advantage of it.

Hey I just noticed you have more pictures here than on Flickr. Why not just upload more content there?

I use Flickr when the size or the format is not supported here. All my pictures go on my IG. :)
And which ND filter are you using?

Ok gotcha. I'm using a variable ND filter that goes all the way to ND 400 I believe. That's how I get the 30 second exposures with killing the highlights. I'm transferring the photos now.
