I just use auto (sometimes simple mode too) and I get as close to the subject as the camera will let me, then I crop and lightly edit with Snapseed. I usually take several shots then choose the sharpest one.

So this was neither shot nor recorded with the V20 but I just wanted to showcase how useful the hifi recording app can be. I recorded both the audio from the proposal and the backgrpund music with the V20. And the proposal was recorded in normal mode while the background music was recorded from YouTube with custom settings. I didn't plan on using the audio from the proposal as I did not have an external mic present with me but for a phone I was impressed that I was able to get anything usable at all. This is one of those features you just can't get anywhere else on a phone that actually works. Also I'm not a professional photographer but I have aspirations to learn and do it as a side business in the future. Pictures taken with the Sony a6000 and 50mm f1.8 lens. https://youtu.be/aielPOiCMB4
