Hello I just wanted to ask if anyone had any problems with their tracking number. I tried to click it and it says it doesn't exist, does that mean that they have to update it to work later, or is it an error? Thank you for your time.

It's called label created hell. They have printed a shipping label for your item but haven't contacted UPS yet to notify them to pick it up. Once they do it should be trackable and change to Order Processed:Ready for UPS.

Usually happens when they print the label but not actually ship the item yet... probably because yesterday was Thanksgiving.

However, sometimes the shipping number link does not correctly generate and I have found that copying and pasting the shipping number into the tracking number box on the shipping company's tracking website will give the correct results.

That simply means UPS hasn't picked up the package yet. Once they do, the package is scanned and taken to the distribution center. When it's scanned there, you can start to receive info.

Just got a notification, it arrived at the DHL e-commerce center in Saint Louis and it has been processed. I live in Ada Michigan, so I hope the earphones will be here Thursday or tomorrow. But the estimated delivery date says December 3rd, but I hope it is earlier.
