LG V60 photos and videos thread.

Good luck

Most of the needed luck will be in finding a decent spot and time in my schedule that corresponds to a new moon. I found a cool app called Photo Pills that can do a lot of planning work like that.
I'm loving this idea.

Ditto, in theory. If it works out, I'm calling the V60 the undisputed king of phone cameras. (Not really, as others could do it too, just don't tell them. ;) )

I've given thought to getting the V60. I've got the S10 but I picked up a refurbished G8. The camera is pretty fantastic on that phone. I've had several LG devices but I've been with Samsung for a few years. Gotta say, the G8 makes me think of going back.

I've never used Samsung, but a lot of people are saying the V60 gives the S20 a run for its money in the camera dept.

And already a snag. The intervalometer app I had only saves as jpeg. It can save as raw, but doing that (needed for part of the processing) AND running the intervalometer function at the same time cause it to hang. I don't feel like taking hundreds of photos by hand and risking camera shake that throws everything off.

Just a couple of cougars hanging out at a zoo. Rather impressed with this, as it was about a 6.7x digital zoom.1017201453c.jpeg

"The Real Santa's Workshop"

When you have gifts for 7 kids, 2 dogs, and a cat, you have to have your own workshop to hide them all until Christmas Eve. I just finished helping get those in from Santa's Sleigh. I.e. my SUV I've been hiding most of the gifts in.1211202345_HDR.jpeg

Wow, way to go Mooncat! Merry Christmas!

Not exactly sure how I pulled this one off. I think I may have bumped the phone at the end of the 1.5" long exposure while at a drive through Christmas light display (I was the only one there and stopped for photos). If you look closely, the snow covered ground is fine, and only the lights have that brushed/washed look.1227202127.jpeg
