the 1080 built. got new error at compileing. sound/builtin.o in function `get_page`, blahblah Linux/mm.h;397: more undefined references to `__get_page_tail` follow. then ***make .tmp_vmlinux1 error 1. on it.

Shuffling the files about between iproj and nigel kernel sources, i got a ramdisk.img. Nigels kernel will build all drivers besides sub.o in relation with the required 1080p.fw to build cm10.1. The iproj will pick up the sub.o but errors at quite a few other drivers. Shuffleing the linux folders between builds' got the ramdisk.img built. the new error with abc looks tough. another error i will upload next post has also been tough. paying a visit irc. Any ideas?
The link not working? Here is the problem with my build, Main.cpp:123: error: Undefined reference to 'bcc::abccompilerdriver

Main.cpp:201: error: undefined reference to 'bcc::init::initialize'

links not working. Copy paste this. Error relation with mp4utils.o omxvdec_intermediates. Msm_ion.h 27.6: error: multiple definition of 'enum ion_heap_ids' and ion.h ION-HEAP_TYPE_IOMMU previous declaration error. I can post the actual builds later if necessary.

Got the zimage and recovery.img. the libmedia.so error from before has returned! Aghh! Help lol. Android to virtual thunk..hmmm.

Different machine, new project. the cm-10.1 project shall remain on stand-by, the libmedia.so error has yet to be resolved. On my dell, new hd/memory upgrade. Beginning new project with cm9.will cot build ics? No mention of the branch. Any advice?

Oops got a 32bit ubuntu installed.lol. After reinstalling and programming ubuntu i will copy/paste the entire .repo/projects folder to my new build machine since repo init is being stingy and i will post the results

Lol. My laptop is not 64 capable, got cm9 repo 99% synced. Still frameworms lol will not sync wtf. Tried everything. keep trying.even the local manifest will sync. Tried to add it there. No luck, just dls and hangs like my previous attempt. Dl'd the zip renamed it, edited the default to exclude it, same result, just hans at 100 deltas. Any advice?

this method may or my not work. not working yet because when i upgrade my cm9 source to cm10.1 it knocked my frameworks/base file. im unsure why/how i was able to sync at that point, but at this point it is not possible even if i download the file, -j1, blah blah, no dice because git/repo is searching for cm9 frameworks base with a cm10.1 ref. damn. so i copy/paste the projects file from the same repo and initialized a new ics repo which results with fatal frameworks/base not a .git error. now that i initialized cm9, removed the .git from the previous fatal error, i believe the next repo sync -j1 should be successful.

bingo^ got a fetch error when up/downgrading source? re-init the original source from the same dir. and try removing the .git file from the .repo/projects/yourfile and repo sync -j1.

Got an error cm9: blah/koush/superuser/su.c needed by blah/intermediates. Is building cot cm9 possible?

I ran vendor/cm/get-prebuilts also ran in terminal directly from file. is it a source problem? Could compile recovery cm10.1 no problem.any advice for cm10?

Bootable/recovery/roots.c:405: error: too arguments to function make_ext4fs. While compiling cm9. Any fix?

no worries. currently got my new build machine running and building cm9. its been quite the process. ive been cherry picking from my jb build because cm9 has so many errors. I got koush to build finally and now im working on libstagefright_intermediates/acodec.o. unless you dev you probably have no idea what this is. unfortunately I have to restart my jb build because I tried to build with vipercm kernel which fails. I am rebuilding my jb for the cherry picks, it always errors at libvdec_intermediates/vdec.o. which I believe operates the camera. it makes sense that it would because I added a driver from the p990 another lg device the 1080p.fw which is required to build cm10.1. anyhow, im hoping since cm9 doesn't require it and everything else seems operationally ok with the cm10.1 build. eventually we should have an unofficial cm9 rom. patience.

got a pc/internet finally. Wont be able to compile for a few weeks when im able to upgrade ram. Aiming for a cm10.1 build. Got a partial fix on the omx aspect ratio error, but the iommu declaration and the libmedia.so errors are preventing completion. My pc has twice as much hd. any ideas for a rom thats actually buildable? Lol. I will continue finding the fix for these errors in the meantime
