After the ota I was getting a little screen flicker here and there but it was something I could live with. This morning however it got really bad. Screen began a constant flicker went dim then even black at one point. It has not done it since but I can't imagine its a coincidence that it started right after the ota. Anyone else getting this?

Nothing here,, also there's has not been one report of this type of behavior so if I were you maybe a factory reset to start fresh is in order.

Love the improvements except the sound enhancer removal. I loved bass boost over beats software. My fix is poweramp.

Has anyone else noticed that the camera is a little bit more reliable? Seems to be taking better pictures in low light and fewer blurry pictures overall.

I have noticed this as well. No longer have to use burst mode to get a good picture.
