Edit: Tmo & At&t claim to have 4G. Im not sure. I call MAJOR BS. Maybe they didnt clarify if they have 4G here or back home(;
I remember hearing a spanish commercial about 4GLTE here... i swore it was At&t, but that makes no sense.
Unless it was Claro (mexican company that bought VZWPRs network and stuff). But that company is booty. XD

L Street, DC - Roughly 20 ppl in line by 0845 (I was 8th or thereabouts) and total of about 40 in store by the time I got my phone. Asked rep if they had a large inventory of GN and he said they probably had enough for the customers in the store but unsure after that.

Well, I guess it would be prudent to call ahead before I head out to any stores in an hour.

For those of us that can't conveniently be there at store opening time, I hope we don't get shafted by low inventories... grrr...

Curious about something. I went ahead and made an appointment yesterday afternoon with the closest corp store to me. The appointment is at 10am right when the store opens up. Say for some reason there is a line that is long. Any of you guys go to a store yet that had appointments that they moved in-front of people standing in line because of the appointment?

I had a chimney repair scheduled this morning so I called my nearest Verizon Experience store at 9am sharp and asked the rep if she would be able to put one aside for me for later this morning. She said no problem, just ask for Jackie. Now I'm waiting for the chimney guy to hurry up and finish! Also, I was proactive in taking leave from work today so I could be sure to have plenty of time to play with my new phone

Of course selling out depends on how many they get. At my store if they only got 10 then they would have been sold out by 10am. Some areas will sell out because of low inventory and other because of high demand. It all depends.

My store said they had 50, and only had "a few left"...I got there around 9:30am. And i live in a suburb of Columbus.
Everyone that was in the store was in there to get the Nexus..young and old

My locally owned Verizon store I.E. not corp. had 30 in stock, and this is a small town. Not really worried about it selling out here. They can't charge it to my account, so I'm just going to order online. Lady seemed kinda mad when I told her that. Now I just hope it doesn't sellout online in the next 24 hours.

Just saw this and figured I call my local store -- which I'm planning to head over to in about an hour anyway.

Asked if they had the Nexus and the girl gave me a miserable-sounding, "Yes."

Asked if they're likely to sell out any time soon. She gave me a miserable-sounding, "We don't discuss inventory," and then hung up on me!

This is Verizon's legendary customer service, yes?

This is another case of #WTFVZW?

i'm seeing $249 for the upgrade price online - does this hold true in stores? i would rather go and pick it up from the verizon a few miles away then wait any longer!

I stopped by the auth Verizon retailer last night because it's on my way home from work. He said they are getting 20 tomorrow, which would be today. He said they got a few calls on it and someone put $50 down a month ago, so I put $50 down to hold one. Now I just hope UPS is there before lunch, so I can get it then.
