Loaded MOD 7 & stuck on Splash Screen

I just loaded Mod 7 and now have circular arrow going round and round. After watching for a long time. I tried turning off which didn't work so I remove the battery and reinstalled. I'm back to the Arrow.

Any suggestions please?

Did you make sure you flashed the correct "boot.img?" Some ROMs don't work with other kernels (WildChild not working with V.I., Stock ROM not working with Holicakes Kernel, etc.) Also, you wiped EVERYTHING before flash, right? You mist wipe /boot, /system, /cache, /data, /dalvik-cache, and then factory reset for good measure. Also, first flash the "boot.img" that came with the "MOD 7" first in Fastboot, then flash the ROM through the recovery. These are things to try. Hope I helped.
