Long Press Save Video isn't working anymore

[AC Question]

I have a galaxy S4. I used to be able to go online w/the stock browser and watch streaming movies/videos (e.g. rainierland) and long press the video so that it gave me the 'save video' option. I recently replaced my phone with another S4, but now the new phone isn't giving me an option to save video w/long press. This option still works on my galaxy tab 4.
