Looking for a handwriting note taking sync'ed with voice app for my tablet.

I have a Samsung Tablet, Galaxy Note 10.1 I am a teacher and would like to use it to mark coursework and provide feedback, all in one. I would like to import a pdf as a background (or images) (these would be the students submitted coursework). I would then handwrite with my S-pen ("marking coursework") onto the background, while the app records my comments and records the screen so that my handwriting is recorded in sync with the audio. Finally, I would like to export the overall recording as a simple file accessible to students without the tablet (for example, as a pdf presentation with audio recording). This way, students get their marked work back, "seeing and listening to me" in the process of marking their work, for efficient feedback.

So far, none of the apps out there would do this. Any help?
