Looking for a new SMS app

I currently own a Samsung Galaxy S6 Active. For a good while I've used Chomp SMS texting app. However, it limits the number of photos I can attach to one text. I know it's the app preventing more than 2 at a time because I tried sending more with the stock Messaging app that came on the phone and successfully sent 4. However, what I did like about Chomp was the customization capability. I prefer a dark screen to add a small measure of additional privacy if I'm around others. Is there an app that offers both color customization AND allows sending of sending more than 2 photos at a time?

Try Textra. It's made by the same devs as chomp, and seems to get updates more. There's an emphasis to simplicity though so it has less design options than chomp.
