Lost root after 4.3 ota

I just got the Total for 4.3 and let it install. When it rebooted, root was gone. I opened otarootkeeper and told it to restore root. It says that its retored but it's not. Did this happen to anyone else?

This is why I haven't installed 4.3 yet. I too would like to know if anyone successfully kept root with rootkeeper.

UPDATE: Dev for voodoo ota doorkeeper confirmed in the Google Play store it does not work for 4.3. They have changed the way permissions are handled. No update yet. I"all have to come up with another solution.

I would recommend you to just wipe all data and re-root the device. To keep all your data you could use Titanium backup pro or any other backup app, would recommend titanium though. I am doing that on my nexus 7, i think the fresh start and the 4.3 update will solve some of the slowdown i am having with it. Anyways its up to you.Good luck

No if you just root. Yes if you unlock which you should already be if you were rooted before.
