Lately it goes into landscape mode when am holding horizontal. I trouble shoot ed with te have support and they recommended a new SIM. It was fine for a couple of weeks and it's doing it again. Doesn't matter what I am doing. Very weird. I am perplexed because this has never happened with any other phone. I don't want a replacement. I used to sell wireless. But I can't figure this out. Lol

It is a weird issue, I've never heard of something like that on any other phone before. Sorry I can't help much but I'll ask around.

Have you done a factory reset yet?

Auto rotate screen was checked in settings under display. I just saw that. I feel dumb. Lol. I unchecked it. Hopefully that helps. Verizon never mentioned that. Funny.
