Loving the Wood back (10 months later)

I recently cracked my screen on my Moto X 2013 and Moto sent a replacement.

I was amazed at the way the bamboo had aged and antiqued on the back. The new phone looks great, but the little dings, shiny spots actually looked good on the old phone.

Others experiencing the same thing with the other types of wood? What about those with the new Moto with leather?

My wood back still looks awesome. I don't use a case and it has held up way better than anticipated.
