Low volume listening to music on headphones

Just got my OP3T yesterday, and absolutely love it...EXCEPT that when I listen to music on (wired) headphones the volume does not go very loud. Even when I turn it up to the highest setting, just not that loud. And the headphones are plugged in all the way, they work with other phones, etc., etc. Anyone else having this issue?

The headphone amp may just be under powered. I can't speak for the OnePlus, but using the same headphones on several different phones over the past few years, some just don't get loud. My Note 5 is as loud and clear as my Aqua DAC/Amp, my previous Note 4 was maybe about 60% of the volume of the Note 5. M8 and M9 were about 80-90% respectively.
