Hey all. You may have experienced this but a lot of us 6P owner's are pissed about the LTE dropping back to HSPA+ or even 3G after upgrading to 6.0.1. There is a defect being tracked by Google but they are being silent about it. We need to find a way to make this public and light the fire under their asses. If you haven't already, go to the following URL and leave a post. It's lengthy though.

code.google.com/p/android/issues/detail?can=2&start=0&num=100&q=&colspec=ID%20Status%20Priority%20Owner%20Summary%20Stars%20Reporter%20Opened&groupby=&sort=&id=197102

sad to hear this is still going on... staying on 6.0 until a solution is made

Yeah, I rolled back to 6.0.0 as well and it has been ok since. I wish they would just give us an ETA or let us know that they are working on a fix.

Is this just specific to one carrier? I haven't had the issue at all on sprint?

You mean you don't like being a beta tester for android?

It effects many carriers around the world and it is very aggravating that it is not being addressed by Google (approaching 2 months now)

Is there a write up on the steps on how to do this? It may be helpful for those folks who might want to do this

There is a thread on xda that explains it

I can't believe they haven't fixed this yet. I've contributed and posted in google code and nexus forums about this issue.
