I paid for 1-day shipping. Got the shipped email last night at 1:50 EST. I never called about the order. FedEx delivered it to my office an hour ago.

what did the activity look like?

I had a $740 charge pending for Thursday through Monday, but now there is no charge, not even pending.

They didn't even send you an order cancelled confirmation?
 
I understand if Motorola made a mistake and all, but if they had pre-charged your credit card and then given you confirmation that it would be shipped, they need to in the least notify you if the order has been cancelled. =\
 
Wow. Just called them and customer service told me that they are having a glitch in their system and that their IT department is working on the issue. She said it should be shipped out sometime this week.

I will be cancelling my order if I do not get a shipped notification by tomorrow morning. I wanted the discount on behalf of Motorola's mistake but this is getting ridiculous. I could have been playing with some Xoom goodness days ago haha
 
Wow cancel the order? Your joking right? Doesn't cost anything to wait a little more. You wont see the 600 dollar price for a couple months. Sure beats waiting a week more.

I just checked my bank account and the money for it is no longer pending...think they cancelled my order. They didn't send any email and when I check the order status it still says expected delivery of today or tomorrow..and I hopped on this 45 mins after it was posted on XDA. Whatever, ill get the samsung tab then.
 
Im going to guess all the orders are in transit right now, the glitch would be the tracking numbers not showing online.

Lol. I know I am being irrational. I am just horribly impatient. I see all of these videos of people using their Xooms and I just want it in my hands!

When it says 2 day shipping I expect it to be here in 3 days, 4 max. Today is the 4th business day since my order so.... I've never had a problem with any other company in this way.

I don't know about that. I would think that my bank account would be charged if that was the case, but there isn't even a pending charge anymore.

If the charge they placed on your account was a "hold" or a pre-authorization charge, it's entirely possible a glitch in their system could have resulted in that hold being pulled temporarily. Not saying that's what happened, but it is possible.
 
I wouldn't give a rats a$$ when it got there as long as it was within 7-10 days or so, or any reasonable amount of time.

Saving $200? Wow.... You guys should be very thankful.
 
So i just called, they said it takes 24-48 hours before its processed, and that it on time and will be sent today. Basically feeding me a bunch of BS it seems. Its like they are doing this to get us to try and cancel the order for their screw up.

Which might work for me haha. I just thought I could get it without signing a contract. I actually don't mind signing a contract THAT much, but it would be nice to have the option of upgrading tablets in a year or so if necessary. I'm hoping this thing will last me at least 2 years though.
