Maybe it's because I've searched it before, specifically targeting our forums, but when I search 'security plugin android' the FIRST non-video result is this very thread!

Nevermind, I used incognito and got the very same results...

Security plug-in removal

I bought my phone new myself and install palmpay application and requested for loan but after paying the loan my phone still show security plug-in in administrator. I contact their customer care agent they kept telling me their backend is showing my security plug-in is remove but on my phone is still active because I try factory reset it can't. That's why I searched google for advise
