Since you're apparently attempting to do something that involves defeating a pre-installed security measure on your phone, don't forget that you're intentionally doing something that increases the risk of compromising your phone is some way. We should all be trying to keep our phones more safe, not less -- the Internet has devolved into a toxic mess and it's only getting worse.

I think it's been decided that this security plugin was related to financing the device and is installed by the financing company.

We dont have enough information because they dont register and if they do they say same thing and no response.

Palmpay security plugin removal

I had this app called palmpay when i bought my phone it's more like a bank app, i was eligible for an overdraft, to get access to the overdraft i have to activate what they call "ok card" so i did, activating the ok card a security plugin was activated too to prevent someone who owes palmpay not be able to delete the app or reset their phone. I took some loans and paid back, i deactivated the ok card deleted palmpay but the security plugin refuse to leave my phone preventing me from resetting my phone contacted palmpay customer card they are not helping.. Please what can i do
