How do I fix "Unfortunately, voice command has stopped," message?

how can i fix it? i cant use my phone because it pops up always even i click its option "ok"

Have you tried to reboot or go into safe mode ?

My Tecno phone keeps showing that voice command has stopped... I have tried disabling the app, factory reset and hard reset but to no avail
